Essential Minimum Requirements:
Matric (National Senior Certificate)
Minimum of one year proven track record in Reception or HR work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
High level of professionalism, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a highly pressurized, target and timeline driven environment
Ability to work well both in a team and individually
Flexible, self-motivated and proactive
The ability to effectively execute a multiple of tasks
Time management and prioritization skills
A fast learner who easily adapts to change
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills as well as knowledge of the debt review systems.
Duties and responsibilities:
Answer calls
Filing
Track Requisitions (Monthly office expenses)
Compile monthly invoices
Payroll
Payslips
Track leave days
Update employee contracts
Locker & headset declarations
Termination of contracts and disciplinary
Take minutes in meetings
PA work
Print training packs
Do induction with trainees
Collect Trainee info & compile all staff info on a spreadsheet
Create staff files
Update memos
