Manager required for QSR Head Office
Independent chain looking for experienced, efficient, hard working Manager for Production Head Office.
Minimum requirements
– F&B Professional- invested in the industry
– 2 years Management experience in F&B industry with certification/contactable references from business owners/HR
– Management of kitchen staff
– Stock Control skills and understanding
– Handling Costs and budgets
– Dealing with suppliers and production schedules
– Extensive inventory knowledge and understanding
– Kitchen experience beneficial but not necessary
– PC competent- Word/ Excel/Email
-Excellent communication skills- reporting
– Professional attitude
– Attention to detail, capable of following instructions
– Organised and efficient with time management
– Starting salary @ 10k (based on experience+performance)
