NCR Management Centre is currently seeking additional team members to assist with added workloads due to growth. 

 

Ideally available to start immediately. The ideal candidate needs be highly professional with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

 

Available position: 

QA (Quality Assessor)

 

Essential Minimum Requirements:

Matric (National Senior Certificate)

Minimum of one year proven track record in the debt review field

A strong knowledge of the debt review process

Excellent listening and reporting skills 

Excellent written communication skills

High level of professionalism, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work well in a highly pressurized, target and timeline driven environment

Ability to work well both in a team and individually

Flexible, self-motivated and proactive

The ability to effectively execute a multiple of tasks

Time management and prioritization skills

A fast learner who easily adapts to change

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills as well as knowledge of the debt review systems 

 

Duties and responsibilities:

Listen to calls of our consultants

Score the consultants calls and ensure that they are following the correct processes

Audit calls for Admin related queries

Compile reports on the calls listened to 

Identify shortfalls with the consultant’s debt review knowledge or information given to potential clients

Assist team leaders with weekly coaching sessions for the consultants.
